HML/A Homes is a West Los Angeles based home development firm, with a simple mission of making the transaction process as streamlined and transparent as possible, and enhancing the neighborhoods where we build.
We will provide you with an offer price which is data-driven, and we will share our calculations with you
As developers, we will not ask for any fixes or repairs, so our initial offer price is guaranteed and will not change during the transaction
By selling to us, you will not have to stage your home nor be bothered by open house days
We are in a position to guarantee the close of the transaction – sometimes transactions do not close due to financing issues
Real estate transactions are expensive: one of the partners, Eric Hartnack, is a Coldwell Banker licensed broker and his involvement saves you the 7% industry standard transaction fee which is normally subtracted from your sales price
We are also able to be creative and flexible around the time you have to move out of your home while guaranteeing its sale – for instance we are able to provide you with a larger advance than the 3% industry standard, should it make sense to you
Because we will continue to live in this area, we have an interest in development efforts remain in line with the character and identity of your neighborhood’s existing architecture

PIETRO MARTINI
Pietro is a seasoned executive who brings strategic, operational and financial experience, including data analysis, from various industries. He has worked at the director/ GM level for four European blue-chip firms as well as one of California’s largest agricultural companies. Pietro has a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MA in Economics from Graduate School Bocconi (Milan, Italy). Meeting Eric during a consulting project for a real estate company showed him the opportunities available in the biggest US industry to those who are willing to develop and grow the professionalism of industry participants.
ERIC HARTNACK
Eric has had a 20+ year career as both an executive and entrepreneur, building both companies and products enjoyed by end-consumers. With a career in fashion and real estate, Eric has successfully built fast growing organizations working through logistical complexities, involving numerous suppliers and sub-contractors. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, including a semester abroad at Graduate School Bocconi, Eric has always had interest in real estate, having joined his grand-father, who was an architect for over 65 years, on job-sites throughout Southern California
